Now that people are so used to digital meetings, this seemed like a great way to educate everyone at the same time. It is online now, but maybe one day that will change. There's back and forth interaction in the group meeting, and it keeps people awake.
Bringing a class or a group of employees together for sexual harassment education is a way to emphasizes an administration's commitment to prevention-- and that's a really good thing.
The fee is based not upon the number of employees or students, but is a flat rate for (a) the time spent in the "classroom," and (b) research, and development.
